I do the souffle because it can be made the night before and go straight from the frig to the oven in the same dish. We usually unwrap gifts while it is baking and eat afterwards.<br /><br />But this year my husband and oldest both work Christmas morning so we'll probably do the great unwrap on Christmas Eve or Christmas night.
